Bathroom Remodeling

Walk-in showers, tubs, flooring, vanities and fixtures, with the plumbing and space planning handled properly underneath.

Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot going on inside the walls, so the planning matters more than the finishes people notice first.

What the work covers

We start with the layout. Moving a shower or a toilet is possible more often than homeowners expect, and it is far cheaper to decide that on paper than halfway through.

The work covers walk-in showers and tubs, flooring, toilets and plumbing fixtures, vanities and storage. We create the design mock-up, then manage the construction and the trades through to completion.

If the house is older, we check what the existing supply and waste lines can take before we commit to a design that depends on them.

1

Space planning

We work out what the layout can take before choosing anything you can see.

2

Showers and tubs

Walk-in showers, tub replacements and the waterproofing that has to sit behind them.

3

Flooring and fixtures

Tile, vanities, toilets and plumbing fixtures selected and installed as one package.

4

Older homes checked

Existing supply and waste lines get inspected before a design depends on them.

Questions, answered

The things homeowners and business owners ask us most before a project starts.

We work throughout the Triangle. That covers Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Wake Forest, Fuquay-Varina, Knightdale, Garner, Clayton and Zebulon, along with the surrounding area. If you are not sure whether your address falls inside that, call and ask.

Yes. Seven Generations Build Group is a licensed firm with the North Carolina Board of General Contractors, and we are members of the Home Builders Association of Raleigh & Wake County. Being licensed also means we pull the permits and meet the inspectors on your project rather than leaving that to you.

No. Estimates are free and there is no obligation to proceed. We would rather spend an hour telling you a project is not worth doing than take it on knowing it will disappoint you.

Residential remodeling and renovation, kitchens, bathrooms, home additions, decks, screened porches and three season rooms, custom homes, Category 5 homes and barndominiums. On the commercial side we handle upfits, tenant improvements, office expansions, restoration, painting and custom carpentry.

We do. A typical project runs from an initial consultation, through a plan built around your wants, needs and budget, into design and construction, the installations, and the paint job once the building work is finished. One firm carries it the whole way.

Call 919-889-2154 or send us a message through the site with a short description of what you are planning. We will arrange a time to look at the space and go from there. We answer the phone Monday to Friday from 9am, Saturdays from 10am and Sundays from noon.
